Here is the latest update on what is happening in the world of relax!

First, if you haven't already done so, please take a moment to Update Your Profile (see link below). Your profile lets me stay in touch with the features or services you would like to see me add in the future, as well as which advertising is most effective.

First, I have a new female massage therapist named Jackie who is now seeing clients at relax. Due to her busy schedule, Jackie is available only on Tuesdays, but may offer other days as requests come in.

Second, the Buy 1, Get 1 FREE offer is extended until 11/11/06 and the free gift certificates are good until January 31st. These make excellent gifts for the holiday season and an excellent treat for yourself (no tricks here).

As you know, gift certificates make excellent presents. You may consider getting a "package deal" in gift certificates. During this holiday season (Nov 1 - Jan 31), you can buy any of the massage packages as gift certificates. Imagine giving all of your friends a $75 massage for only $50 That is a gift for them as well as for yourself.

It truly astonishes me that very few people know about TLT. Following, is an over simplified view of TLT, that I hope it will interest you enough to call, write or stop by for more information. Imagine a slate board with all of the highly charged negative emotions from your past on it. Now imagine that you could easily erase the feelings of the negative emotions so that they can’t be triggered, while retaining the memories and positive aspects of these events. How different would your life be if the everyday situations and people you come into contact with could no longer trigger strong feelings of anger, sadness, fear, hurt or guilt.

If you are not sure if TLT would benefit, you consider this. Have you ever walked away from a person or situation and questioned yourself as to “why did I get so angry?” or “why do they make me feel so guilty?”. Some people just love to “push your buttons”. What if you could change yourself so that you no longer felt or reacted with these negative emotions in the same situations. How would that change your life?

I give kudos to a recent client that did TLT and shortly after noticing the benefits in himself, booked and paid for a session for his Mom when she comes out to visit for the holidays. I myself did a similar thing when my parents moved to Newbury Park from Tampa, FL. It took some convincing since these are my parents but I got both of them to sit down with me and do TLT. This process was not only beneficial to them, but it was also helpful for me and my siblings.
